From goods received to ready to ship.

Share your supplier list, parcel references and inspection and packing instructions. The scope, required duration and storage charges are defined before service confirmation.

What to prepare

Origin and destination, cargo description, package count, weight and dimensions. Include your required date and any special handling needs.

A clear scope before you ship

The quote defines the available service, inclusions and exclusions. Rates, transit estimates, duties and final acceptance are confirmed for your specific shipment.

Agree the receiving record you need

Specify the receiving information you need: order reference, visible package count, outer packaging condition and agreed photos. Clarify whether pieces inside must be counted or packaging should remain sealed. Record discrepancies separately with a named decision-maker; a parcel photo does not mean every item inside was checked.

Turn storage instructions into release instructions

Before dispatch, provide the list of packages approved for release, receiving-party details and order reference. Clearly separate ready packages from those awaiting a decision. Ask the agreement to specify when storage charges start and how they are calculated, then review final weights and dimensions after any repacking.

Planning and handover details

Receiving and identification

Share an expected-arrival list and agree package identification. Specify the checks to record at arrival and how unidentified parcels or visible damage should be reported.

Storage and preparation

Agree the waiting period and how storage is charged. Request any counting, photos, labelling or repacking with clear instructions and separately confirmed scope and cost.

Release and handover

Approve the outbound package list, final measurements and transport arrangement. Identify who authorises release and retain the available handover record for follow-up.
