Small parcels. Careful handling.
Prepare contents, declared value, weight, dimensions and the recipient address. The carrier, service options and cost are confirmed after reviewing your parcel.
What to prepare
Origin and destination, cargo description, package count, weight and dimensions. Include your required date and any special handling needs.
A clear scope before you ship
The quote defines the available service, inclusions and exclusions. Rates, transit estimates, duties and final acceptance are confirmed for your specific shipment.
Distinguish a product sample from a document
If an envelope or parcel contains a product item, describe the item, material, quantity and purpose. “Sample” alone does not describe the contents. Explain whether the sample will stay with the recipient or is intended to return, and provide the available value information for review of its documentation.
Prepare an address the delivery team can use
Provide the recipient’s name and phone number, destination country and city, and full address, including the company or building and unit where applicable. Note receiving hours and any appointment or access requirement. Before payment, check whether the quote includes delivery to that address and what the recipient will need to do.

Planning and handover details
Review parcels individually
List contents, value, weight and outside dimensions for every package. Identify fragile items and any restricted components so acceptance can be checked before handover.
Confirm the delivery address
Provide the complete recipient address, phone number and receiving hours. Ask whether address corrections, remote-area delivery or a failed attempt may add charges.
Know the recipient’s next step
Ask which documents or destination payments may be requested from the recipient. Keep the shipment reference and agreed contact channel available for follow-up.
