- For goods from multiple suppliers, state the supplier count and differing ready dates.
- If unsure which service fits, explain what you need to receive, when and where.
For an existing inquiry, identify the reference and requested change
Use the inquiry reference with a specific question. For a correction, state the previous and new values; for goods receipt, include the available supplier or carrier reference. The follow-up helper prepares text for you to review and send.
- For damaged packaging or a package-count difference, record the receiving place, date and visible observation.
- Preparing a draft does not send it; complete sending through your chosen contact channel.
