Multiple suppliers. One coordinated shipment.
Jetondock services include 1688 purchasing assistance, multi-supplier consolidation, inspection against an agreed scope, temporary storage and repacking. Instructions and charges are agreed before work starts.
What to prepare
Origin and destination, cargo description, package count, weight and dimensions. Include your required date and any special handling needs.
A clear scope before you ship
The quote defines the available service, inclusions and exclusions. Rates, transit estimates, duties and final acceptance are confirmed for your specific shipment.
Decide what happens if one supplier is late
Before orders arrive, decide whether you prefer to wait for every supplier or review dispatch of the ready orders. Set a date to revisit the decision and name who may approve extra costs. If the shipment is split, keep a separate package list and associated invoice information for each dispatch.
An illustrative three-supplier register
Suppose you have orders from suppliers A, B and C. Record the expected quantity, inbound transport reference and receiving status for each order. If supplier B’s quantity is incomplete, mark it as requiring a decision rather than treating the order as complete. After repacking, link the new packages to the original orders. This is a planning example, not a published customer case.
Put these details to use
Planning and handover details
Match orders to arrivals
Use a supplier register with order references, expected carton counts and domestic tracking numbers. Confirm warehouse receiving instructions before suppliers dispatch.
Resolve discrepancies before combining
Agree counts and photos, then record missing items, wrong variants or damaged packaging. Decide whether to accept, investigate or request a supplier return before repacking.
Approve the final cargo list
Confirm which orders travel together, what packaging is retained and which goods wait. Recheck final dimensions, weight, storage charges and the dispatch approval contact.
