Tell us what is inside
Provide clear contents, value, weight and dimensions. Liquids, batteries, food and other items need an eligibility review before acceptance.
Delivery and follow-up
Use accurate recipient name, address and phone details. After shipment confirmation, request the carrier reference and available tracking link from the service team.
List the actual items
Give each item’s name, quantity, new or used condition, and value. Replace broad descriptions such as “gift” or “personal items” with a clear list of the contents. Keep available purchase records and state the origin country and city, plus the destination country and delivery city.
Measure after packing
Record the outside length, width, height and total weight of each packed parcel, including units. Mark measurements as estimates if packing is unfinished. Identify glass, fragile parts or protruding items, and obtain receiving instructions before sending the parcel.
Clarify the steps before handover
Specify whether the recipient will collect at an agreed point or needs address delivery. Ask what documents or payments may be requested and who will contact the recipient if questions arise. Describing cargo as personal does not confirm acceptance or exemption from charges; the goods and destination need review first.
