Before requesting a quote
What details should I start with?
Start with the goods description, collection country and city, destination country and city, package count, and packed weights and dimensions. Add the ready date and required receiving date if timing matters. Use the shipment checklist to organise the details before submitting.
Can I inquire before final dimensions are known?
You can describe what you know and mark measurements as estimated or not yet available. Ask the supplier for packed measurements and send updates with your inquiry reference. Do not treat a cost estimate based on preliminary details as a final shipment price.
Does the volume calculator give a freight price?
The volume tool calculates geometric volume from the dimensions you enter. It does not calculate freight charges, fees or the carrier’s pricing weight. A quote requires review of the goods, packing, route and requested services.
How do I know what the quote includes?
Review collection, warehouse work, main transport, destination handling, document coordination, delivery and unloading separately. Ask who is responsible for duties and taxes and record any unconfirmed amount or work. Use the same delivery point when comparing two quotes.
Preparing goods and suppliers
What if my purchases come from several suppliers?
Use a register linking each supplier to products, quantities, ready dates and inbound transport references. Request receiving instructions before sending goods. Also identify who decides whether to wait or split dispatch if an order is late.
Do goods photos mean the products were tested?
Photos document what is visible within the agreed scope. They do not by themselves establish quantities inside sealed packaging, device operation or product compliance. Specify what should be counted or photographed and discuss any further testing as a separate scope.
How should I declare batteries or liquids inside a product?
Explicitly identify the component alongside the product name, model, condition and available manufacturer information. Avoid relying only on a broad label such as device or accessories. Request cargo eligibility review before arranging dispatch; an option for other goods does not confirm this product’s acceptance.
Can I upload CSV files through the inquiry form?
The form accepts a written cargo summary and does not upload CSV files. Keep your completed register and copy the essential details and open questions into the summary. If the team requests the file, use the agreed contact channel and include your inquiry reference.
After submitting your request
Does the inquiry reference confirm a booking?
The reference shown after submission identifies the inquiry received through the website. It does not confirm a booking, price or goods receipt, and it is not a carrier tracking number. Keep it for questions or additional information.
How do I correct weight or address details after submitting?
Contact the team with your inquiry reference, the old value, the corrected value and whether it is confirmed or estimated. Request a quote review when dimensions, quantities or the delivery address change. The follow-up helper prepares a message and does not automatically edit your saved inquiry.
Does delivery include carrying goods inside a building?
Ask the quote to identify the handover point. Explain any need for carrying inside, stairs, a lift, unloading equipment or assembly. Do not assume these tasks are included simply because a delivery city or address is named.
Does the follow-up page show live shipment movement?
The page prepares a message about your inquiry or shipment. It does not validate the reference or retrieve a location or status from a carrier. If the shipment is confirmed, ask the service team for the carrier reference and available tracking method.
