Your destination, in detail
Tell us whether delivery is to the mainland or a free zone. This helps identify the consignee and the scope of clearance and delivery.
Delivery cities to specify
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah. For another city, include the exact delivery address in your request. Coverage is confirmed in your quote.
Choose the right freight option
Sea freight for larger volumes, air freight for time-sensitive cargo, or express services for eligible parcels. If buying from several Chinese suppliers, request consolidation and packing before dispatch.
Documents and service scope
Prepare a commercial invoice, packing list and consignee information for review. The team confirms route availability, import requirements and whether delivery, clearance, duties or taxes are included.
For entry through Dubai: review the declaration service
Dubai Customs’ declaration service explains the different movement regimes and supporting documents. If entry is through Dubai, identify the movement and receiving location, then review the goods description, material and use with the party making the declaration to identify the relevant attachments. This source concerns Dubai; identify the responsible authority for entry through another emirate. Reference reviewed: 2026-09-29.
Specify the emirate and final receiving location
State the emirate, city and final address rather than only “UAE”. If goods are going to a warehouse or free-zone location, provide its name and the recipient’s instructions. Distinguish the shipment’s entry point from its delivery location so transport and documents can be reviewed against the correct endpoints.
